Liverpool have today confirmed that midfielder Alberto Aquilani will join Juventus on a season long loan.
The midfielder was signed in Augst last year by former manager Rafael Benitez for €24 million, however the Italian has struggled to settle with the Merseysiders and get regular first team action due to injuries.
New manager Roy Hodgson had made it clear earlier this month that he was open to letting Squilani leave on loan and return back to his native Italy. With a number of clubs reportedly interested in the midfielders services, it is Juventus who have snapped up the Italian international.
Aqualiani made 28 appearances for Liverpool, scoring two goals.
