Chelsea FC manager Carlo Ancelotti plans to offer Real Madrid £40 million for his former AC Milan player Kaka. The Brazilian has failed to hit the dizzying heights of his Bernabeu colleague Cristiano Ronaldo and may seek a summer exit. Manchester United and Manchester City have both expressed interest in the brilliant Samba star in the past and SirAlex Ferguson and Roberto Mancini are likely to reignite their overtures if the Premier League champions bid is well received. Ancelotti is eager to widen the gap between themselves United, Arsenal FC and now Tottenham Hotspur in England’s top four.
Inter Milan have emerged as serious rivals in the race for Atletico Madrid star Sergio Aguero. Manchester City, Manchester United, and Chelsea FC have all been monitoring the player, but Sir Alex Ferguson has been dissuaded by the Argentine’s lofty wage demands. Real Madrid and Barcelona are also interested in the player but reports suggest both La Liga giants are set to battle it out for Arsenal FC talisman Cesc Fabregas.
Newly crowned Premier League champions Chelsea FC plan to strengthen their stronghold over Manchester United, Arsenal FC and Tottenham Hotspur by signing Liverpool FC star Fernando Torres and Spurs playmaker Luka Modric. The latter has been heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford, while Torres is a target for Manchester City, Real Madrid and Barcelona.

Roberto Mancini will offer Emmanuel Adebayor and Stephen Ireland plus £40 million in order to persuade Rafa Benitez to part with his two best players. Ireland has been coveted by Manchester United, Arsenal FC, Aston Villa, and Tottenham Hotspur.
Manchester United and Arsenal FC are both in the market for Everton FC defender Phil Jagielka. The Goodison Park stalwart has made a successful return from injury this season and although he has missed out on Fabio Capello’s provisional World Cup squad, Sir Alex Ferguson and Arsene Wenger are huge admirers of the former Sheffield United star.
Manchester City and Chelsea FC will move for Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Higuain if they fail in their efforts to sign Liverpool FC star Fernando Torres. Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal FC have also been monitoring the Argentine’s protracted contract talks at the Bernabeu.
Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has joined Manchester City, Chelsea FC and Arsenal FC in the race for Ajax forward Luis Suarez. The £20 million star has netted 35 goals in 33 games this season.
Aston Villa have joined Everton FC, Sunderland and West Ham United in the hunt for Leeds United striker Jermaine Beckford.
Everton FC, Tottenham Hotspur, Aston Villa and Sunderland FC are being linked with Marseille winger Hatem Ben Arfa, who in the past has been linked with Manchester United and Arsenal FC.
